    Suzanne has practiced as a holistic bodyworker for 24 years and as a qualified naturopathic nutritionist for twenty years. More recently she has qualified as a Psych K Facilitator and Belief Change coach, helping people to transform their own lives. She is also a forest school facilitator (Elemental Adventures) and playworker and has worked in a variety of educational roles including health education.

    Betty James, co-founder of Lighthouse—a consent-based learning community in Cardigan, West Wales—has a background in primary education and behaviour-language therapy for autistic children. Now training as a psychotherapist, she’s spent a decade teaching Nonviolent Communication and compassionate parenting. A mother of three teens, she’s passionate about connection, language, motivation, and the mind–body relationship.

  • Kristina Riddington

    Kristina has a background in music; studied Anthropology and has a passion for natural crafts, folklore, foraging and connecting with ancestral skills. She brings inspiration from her Nordic roots and time spent in the wilderness of the Finnish forests to her work. Weaving together elements from a wide range of interests and learnings to create fun and soulful experiences, that help people connect more deeply with themselves, the natural world and their community. Kristina leads a girl’s group and rites of passage work here in West Wales. She is a forest school leader, a potter and manages a woodland alongside her Aunties.. an all woman team!

  • Lina Nilsen

    Lina, a mother of four, is a Swedish ODIS-certified doula and childbirth educator. Trained in Kundalini and prenatal yoga, she’s studied with Gurmukh, Robin Lim, and traditional Mexican midwives. Since 2013 she’s supported diverse births, trained over 80 doulas, and led workshops, retreats, and trainings on pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care.
