Phoebe is a singer, women’s circle facilitator, coach and voice activation guide with a passion for supporting women to reclaim their power and connect with their calling in midlife.

Suzanne Riley
Suzanne has practiced as a holistic bodyworker for 24 years and as a qualified naturopathic nutritionist for twenty years. More recently she has qualified as a Psych K Facilitator and Belief Change coach, helping people to transform their own lives. She is also a forest school facilitator (Elemental Adventures) and playworker and has worked in a variety of educational roles including health education.

Stirling Steward
Stirling is a dancer, creative movement teacher, Shiatsu and Focusing practitioner living in rural west Wales. She graduated from the British School of Shiatsu-Do, London, in 2005, having trained previously in Contemporary dance & improvisation. She is a registered member of the Shiatsu Society UK, with continued study of embodied listening at London Focusing.
